WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel/reschedule/make adjustments to your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Any appointment that is cancelled within the 48 Hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service using the card on file.
No Call/No Show appointments as well as cancellations within 8 Hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies happen. Our policy is based on respect for our stylists’ time and livelihood. Please only book if you are certain you can make it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Please be on-time for your appointments. If you happen to be running late please reach out as soon as possible.
If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. Once the 15 minute mark is hit appointments may need to be canceled/rescheduled and will result in a charge for the services reserved.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If something feels off about your service(s) please reach out within 5 days so I can make any necessary adjustments.
