HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

NEW guests go to SERVICES drop down menu and choose NEW GUEST option. For haircuts/blowouts click the BOOK button. For color/lightening services fill out New Guest Consultation Form.

CURRENT guest go to SERVICES drop down menu and choose CURRENT GUESTS. Click REQUEST APPOINTMENT. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment & helps you avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations/no shows within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Please be on-time for your appointments. If you happen to be running late please TEXT (310) 879-3632 as soon as possible. 


If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment & you will be charged 25% of your scheduled services.

First, check out the services page where I have a break down of each service. If you are still unsure we can book you for a free 15 minute in person consultation to decided what is best for your hair and budget.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If something feels off about your service(s) please reach out within 7 days so we can make any necessary adjustments.


While I do not offer refunds of any kind I would be happy to exchange any purchased products with something better suited for your needs.
