WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment & helps you avoid a cancellation fee.
Any cancellations/no shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged for all services reserved.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Please be on-time for your appointments. If you happen to be running late please TEXT (310) 879-3632 as soon as possible.
If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment & you will be charged 25% of your scheduled services.

Please park in the free parking garage on site. Cars parked in lot in front of Buy Buy Baby will be subject to towing.

While I do not offer refunds of any kind I would be happy to exchange any purchased products with something better suited for your needs.
